Introducing... Switch Serve
One paddle. Multiple faces. Fiberglass for power. Carbon fiber for control. Always ready to play your way.
The Problem
-
Paddles Don’t Last
Pickleball paddles lose grit fast. Within weeks, spin and control fade, leaving players frustrated and forced to compromise their game.
-
Expensive Replacements
Quality paddles cost $100–$200 each. Every time grit wears out, players burn cash on buying an entirely new paddle instead of just refreshing what matters.
-
Too Many Paddles, Too Much Hassle
Players often buy separate paddles — fiberglass for power, carbon fiber for control. Carrying multiple paddles is inconvenient and expensive.
Our Journey Building!

Design
We sketched, tested, and reimagined the pickleball paddle from the ground up. The result? A modular design where one handle fits multiple paddle faces — fiberglass for power, carbon fiber for control.

Prototyping
Early prototypes brought our sketches to life. We experimented with grip systems, face-locking mechanisms, and weight balance — ensuring that every swap feels seamless and match-ready.

All Ready!
After months of testing and refining, Serve’s Switch System is ready. One paddle, multiple faces — saving you money, extending paddle life, and letting you play your style every time.
